Terms of Service

Welcome to UELAV8. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

All prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders due to stock availability or pricing errors.

Orders placed before 1pm NZT are dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

North Island: Overnight delivery

South Island: 2 business day service

*Delivery timeframes are based on standard courier estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or peak periods.

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

If your product arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 7 days at hello@uelav8.co.nz with your order number and photos.

You may choose a replacement (same product) or a full refund.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by improper storage, handling, or if the product has been opened or consumed.

Our returns policy complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

All ingredients, allergens, and serving suggestions are listed clearly on our packaging and product pages.
