Refund policy
Faulty or Defective Products
If your wholefood medley arrives damaged or compromised, please email us at hello@uelav8.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a couple of photos showing the issue. We’ll respond within 3 working days.
You can choose either:
A replacement (same product, one-for-one), or
A full refund
Please note: We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by improper storage, handling, or if the product has been opened or consumed.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our food products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. We encourage you to reach out before ordering if you have any questions about ingredients, allergens, or serving suggestions — we’re happy to help.
Our returns policy complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
